Webinar
Event sponsored by NWRCC

NWRCC, in collaboration with Mid Continental Comprehensive Center, North Central Comprehensive Center, Southwest Comprehensive, and Regional Educational Laboratory Northwest, sponsored this special webinar as a follow up activity for participants in the 2008 Indian Think Tank that was held in Denver, CO.

The webinar discussed the findings of a recent study carried out by a consortium of nine regional educational laboratories in response to a request from the Native Education Network of the Council of Chief State School Officers. The regional educational laboratories completed the research study for the Institute of Education Sciences on the magnitude and direction of the Indian/non-Indian eighth grade achievement gap in math and reading in 26 states over four years.
